At this time, Pyro Novelties, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Our free shipping offer applies to stock orders placed on our website at www.pyronoveltieswholesale.com whose merchandise total is $2500.00 or greater on orders shipped within the Continental U.S. only and freight charges must not exceed 5% of the merchandise total. Freight exceeding 5% of the merchandise total will be invoiced separately and collected prior to shipment. Wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested, and shipping charges will include insurance. Customers may request overnight or next day services but the difference in cost will be paid for by customer. All stock orders are FOB Lenexa, KS.

Pyro Novelties, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. At this time, orders shipped to Kansas are the only orders requiring collection of sales tax. 

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Pyro Novelties, Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, please contact us immediately. Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization, and all claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Any order refused or returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred. No merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.

Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am- 5:00 pm central time.

ORDER MINIMUM – All orders from www.pyronoveltieswholesale.com must have a product minimum of $500.00, excluding shipping charges. If you would prefer to purchase items individually or don’t meet these minimum requirements, you may place you order via our retail website at www.store.pyronovelties.com or over the phone and retail prices will apply. 

PRICING – Every effort is made to keep our wholesale prices as low as possible. All prices printed are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges will be added to wholesale orders, including insurance.
